About the event

Curious about what our Strength in Perimenopause class is actually like? Join us for a free introductory workshop and workout designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.


During this session, you’ll learn why strength, power, and plyometric training are some of the most important tools for supporting your body through every phase of menopause. We’ll cover how the right type of training can help preserve muscle mass, increase bone density, improve strength and power, and build confidence both inside and outside the gym.


After a short educational discussion, attendees will participate in a beginner friendly 40 minute workout so you can experience the supportive and empowering environment of the class firsthand. Expect expert coaching, movement modifications when needed, and a welcoming community of women encouraging each other every step of the way.
