Cancellation Policy

1. I understand that this membership includes sessions for 48 weeks of the year. Rebecca will be on vacation 4 weeks out of a calendar year. 2. I understand that if I have chosen a yearly membership, my membership may be cancelled by providing written notice, in person, to Uplift Training. If the gym membership contract is cancelled prior to the end of the contract, the member agrees to pay a cancellation fee of $150. 3. I understand that all monthly memberships are automatically renewed on your billing date each month. Cancellation of membership must be made within writing 24 hours before that date. 4. I understand that all memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. 5. I understand that personal training sessions that are not rescheduled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session. Cancelled sessions with at least 24 hours notice may be made up. 6. I understand all private make-up sessions for any cancellations with the allotted 24 hours notice must be done within 2 weeks of said cancellation or it will result in the forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session per cancellation. 7. I understand that members arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time unless other arrangements have been previously made with UpLift Training. 8. I understand that members are eligible for a prorated credit on their account when planning on being absent for two or more weeks of training provided notice is given 14 days prior to the planned absence.
