Small Group Training

Program Details

​Small group training offers individualized programming designed for your body and goals, but at a lower monthly fee. Plus, it’s more fun because you’re training in a group. When you sign up for small group training at UpLift Training, you will receive:

  • Expert guided in-session coaching

  • Class sizes of 2-4 people

  • 60-minute sessions

  • A training program built with you body, injuries and lifestyle in mind.

  • Fitness tracking to monitor your progress over time.

  • One private, 20-minute strategy session every quarter to ensure that you are progressing toward your goals.
